PURPOSE:   Pursuant to Florida statute §286.011(8), for the county attorney to conduct a meeting with the board of county commissioners:

1.  seeking advice concerning RIVERSTONE PROPERTIES, LLC V NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, CASE NO. 2021-CA-190; and

2.  seeking advice concerning RIVERSTONE PROPERTIES, LLC V NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA, CASE NO. 2022-CA-247; and

3.  the attendees will be:
