Instructions to: Linking to Account / Inspection Request / Online Application

*NOTE: This page is for instructions only.  To access your account, set up inspections or apply for a permit, click on MUNIS Self Service in the blue bar on the left side of this screen.

**EXISTING USERS:  Please note that our system has been updated and now requires an e-mail address to access your account.  Existing users will need to re-register.  Click the Munis Self-service link on the left. then select "Register for a new account".  

Once you have re-registered your account and have signed-in, you should see your CID (Contractor ID #) listed.  If not, please follow the instructions below for linking your CID to your account.

In order to link a Munis account and CID, you must first call 904-530-6250 to get your CID number (Contractor ID #) along with the telephone number we have on file (if that telephone number needs to be updated, you may do so at this time).

**INSPECTIONS REQUESTED FOR THE FOLLOWING WORKDAY MUST BE SCHEDULED ONLINE OR BY PHONE PRIOR TO 4 PM THE DAY BEFORE

ALL RE-INSPECTION FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE SCHEDULING AN INSPECTION.

Online Permitting Payment 

Building Department is now accepting payments on-line via Credit Card or E-Checks BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PAYMENTS MADE AFTER 4:00 PM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
