February 26, 2021: Governor issued Executive Order No. 21-46, extending Executive Order No. 20-315. Also states that physicians licensed under Chapters 458 and 459, Florida Statutes, to vaccinate persons who are extremely vulnerable to COVID-19, and advanced practice registered nurses licensed under Chapter 464, Florida Statutes, and pharmacists licensed under Chapter 465, Florida Statutes, may vaccinate persons determined by a physician to be extremely vulnerable to COVID-19. (this is in addition to hospital providers previously approved by Executive Order 20-315)
