Impact Fee & Concurrency Task Force
The Impact Fee & Concurrency Task Force is charged with evaluating the existing Impact Fee System including the following: reviewing the structure of such fees and the history of the same; reviewing the legal authority and purpose of the fees; consideration of inequities; and reviewing alternative programs or funding sources.

The Impact Fee & Concurrency Task Force meets the first and third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. The meetings are held in the Commission Chambers located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, 32097.
