Notice of Special Meeting Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter, for the Board of County Commissioners to discuss the fiscal year 17/18 budget and any other matters to come before the board.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

TIME:      9:00 A.M. OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS THE MATTER MAY BE HEARD

 

PLACE:     COMMISSION CHAMBERS

           JAMES S. PAGE GOVERNMENTAL COMPLEX

           96135 NASSAU PLACE

YULEE, FLORIDA

 

 

PURPOSE:   SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO DISCUSS THE FISCAL YEAR 17/18 BUDGET; AND ANY OTHER MATTERS TO COME BEFORE THE BOARD.

 

      THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO BE PRESENT AND BE HEARD. IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION BY THE BOARD, AGENCY OR COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, HE/SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND THAT FOR SUCH PRUPOSE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE EVIDENCE AND TESTIMONY UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
